The SCICOOLING product maintenance training session was successfully completed

To better serve customers and help our partners better understand the maintenance knowledge related to SCICOOLING products and improve equipment usage quality, on August 16, 2022, SCICOOLING specially held a systematic training session focused on SCICOOLING product maintenance knowledge.

Considering the pandemic and to avoid affecting participation, the conference was ultimately held online.

SCICOOLING organized an online training session where users learned about equipment operation, usage methods, and maintenance knowledge.

 

SCICOOLING’s Marketing Vice President Zhou Yan served as the instructor, with nearly 100 new and existing users from 55 participating in the training through Tencent Meeting. Everyone gathered in the SCICOOLING online training room to study and discuss issues related to equipment usage and post-product maintenance.

This training session consisted of three themes:

  1. Company and Product Introduction

SCICOOLING was introduced from aspects such as its development history, core technologies, and main products, giving everyone an in-depth understanding of SCICOOLING.

  1. Training on basic refrigeration principles

By popularizing knowledge about refrigeration principles and related knowledge, we help customers better understand how equipment refrigerates and operates. When equipment malfunctions, the cause of the fault can be judged more accurately from a theoretical perspective, enabling more efficient resolution of product faults.

  1. Product maintenance and upkeep training

By training on the importance of product maintenance, customers understand the necessity of prioritizing prevention, thereby improving product reliability and reducing some avoidable product failures. This training was a systematic explanation of SCICOOLING’s product fault diagnosis and maintenance knowledge. It formed the foundation for building SCICOOLING’s high-quality service. We sincerely thank our customers for their active participation, and it also helped us better understand the current professional demands for product use and after-sales maintenance. After the training session, we also received feedback from some clients expressing hope to organize more similar training activities in the future. The positive interaction from everyone during this training has given us great confidence. We will also summarize the shortcomings and areas for improvement to continuously optimize the training!
