These Terms of Use govern access to and use of scicoolings.com (the “Website”), operated by SCI Instruments Co., Ltd. and the relevant SCICOOLING operating entities (“SCI”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Business information only

The Website is intended primarily for business and professional users. Product descriptions, performance ranges, images, drawings, standards references, articles and other materials are provided for general information and preliminary evaluation. They are not a binding offer, engineering approval or guarantee of suitability for a particular application.

2. Quotations and contracts

Any purchase is governed by the final written quotation, technical agreement, order confirmation, sales contract and other documents accepted by the relevant parties. If Website content conflicts with an executed commercial document, the executed document controls. Specifications and designs may be changed as products are improved, subject to contractual commitments already accepted.

3. Appropriate use

You may use the Website for legitimate evaluation of SCI products and services. You must not interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person or company; submit unlawful or misleading content; use automated extraction in a manner that burdens the Website; or copy, reverse engineer or exploit protected technical material for competitive or unlawful purposes.

4. Intellectual property

The Website and its text, photographs, product images, drawings, diagrams, videos, graphics, trademarks, logos, software and layout are owned by or licensed to SCI and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and make limited internal copies for evaluating a potential SCI project. No other reproduction, modification, republication, commercial distribution or creation of derivative works is permitted without prior written consent.

5. Information you submit

You confirm that you have authority to submit any enquiry, file, sample description, drawing or other information and that doing so does not infringe third-party rights. SCI will handle personal data under the Privacy Policy. Commercial or technical information is not treated as confidential solely because it is submitted through the Website. If confidentiality is important, request and complete an appropriate non-disclosure agreement before disclosing sensitive information.

6. Controlled technical documents

Access to datasheets, selection guides, installation information, FAT materials, drawings or control information may be subject to company and project verification, contractual controls or an NDA. Submitting a request does not guarantee release. Any document supplied remains subject to the restrictions stated in that document or the applicable agreement.

7. Third-party links and services

Links, maps, embedded media or other third-party services are provided for convenience. SCI does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, security, availability or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimer

We use reasonable care in preparing Website content, but the Website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, SCI disclaims implied warranties relating to Website availability, accuracy, non-infringement and fitness for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for verifying specifications, standards, utilities, safety requirements and application suitability with SCI before ordering or operating equipment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SCI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of or reliance on the Website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing terms

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Website terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Contractual disputes relating to purchased products remain governed by the dispute-resolution provisions in the relevant sales contract.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the Website or applicable requirements change. Continued use after publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
