On November 2, 2020, Tianyi Certification Center assigned an expert team to conduct a recertification supervision audit of the operation of SCICOOLING’s GJB military quality management system.
Since 2011, the company has been operating in accordance with the military standard quality management system requirements for 10 years. The scope of this audit and certification includes R&D, production, and after-sales service of environmental test equipment and ultra-low temperature refrigeration equipment.
The audit team experts conducted on-site audits of all company departments in accordance with the GJB military quality management system GJB9001C-2017 “Requirements for Quality Management Systems” and relevant laws, regulations, and system documents. The entire audit process is divided into two stages: the first stage is the review of key documents, which checks the suitability and adequacy of the company’s quality management system documents; The second stage focuses on on-site audits to check the effectiveness of the quality management system.
Since implementing the GJB9001C-2017 standard, the company has always adhered to the principles of “technological innovation, leading the industry; Striving for excellence, showcasing Chinese intelligent manufacturing; Quality service, building a first-class brand,” closely centering on customer needs, continuously improving, adhering to the principles of standardization, normalization, process-basedness, and institutionalization in work to comprehensively enhance the company’s service quality and management level.
The audit team conducted on-site through various methods such as listening to reports, comprehensive document review, site inspection, collective questioning, and individual spot checks, fully grasping the actual situation of each inspected item, never missing any small detail, thereby producing objective, truthful, and accurate evaluations. After the diligent and efficient review by the expert team, and with the close cooperation of the company’s department leaders and jury panel members, the certification audit was successfully completed as planned. The audit team believes that SCICOOLING (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd.’s quality management system is appropriate, sufficient, and effective, meeting the requirements of the GJB9001C-2017 standard. Able to meet applicable laws, regulations, and customer requirements, and possess the capability to achieve expected results.
SCICOOLING has always placed the highest emphasis on quality. After the completion of the GJB Military Quality Management System certification audit, General Manager Liu and Deputy General Manager Xiang attended the final meeting to hear the auditors’ summary of the audit, especially giving clear instructions on issues found during the audit: all departments are required to take the problems found, respond actively, and formulate improvement measures and plans. Although we successfully passed the recertification audit, there is still much room for improvement in quality management. We need to deeply reflect on the issues found during the audit and draw lessons from one instance. We must work diligently, identify gaps, strive to improve, and through the healthy operation of the system, continuously raise employees’ quality awareness, enhance product competitiveness, and improve the company’s management level.
After passing this annual audit, the company is even more confident in continuously providing users with satisfactory products and services, “spreading trust, serving development,” and contributing to the construction of the environmental testing industry!
