The China Aviation Comprehensive Technology Research Institute (Aviation Institute 301), established in 1970, is a professional institution engaged in fundamental national high-reliability technology work. The institute is rooted in aviation, serves national high-reliability, and serves society, serving clients across government, high-reliability, and large industrial sectors. AVIC Institute currently owns 2 national-level quality supervision and inspection centers, 4 ministerial (group-level) key laboratories, and 12 ministerial (group-level) authorized technical research, service, and appraisal (certification) centers. It is the center of nearly 20 ministerial (group-level) technical service support institutions and technical management affiliates or management units. It has become a foundational, public-interest, and comprehensive research institute for coordinated development across multiple disciplines, including standardization, airworthiness technology, quality engineering technology, informatization, industrial automation, certification, and exhibitions. It is a high-tech service organization with the capability to integrate industry resources.
Aviation 301 Institute is located in Beijing Huairou Science City, one of the three major comprehensive national science centers with SCICOOLING. In recent years, through intersections in the field of environmental reliability testing, both parties have gradually gained a deeper understanding. After several years of accumulation, on May 23, 2018, the two parties finally reached a strategic cooperation in the business of environmental reliability testing equipment: they will deepen cooperation in market expansion and after-sales service. For SCICOOLING, which values after-sales service quality on par with product quality, this move is undoubtedly a powerful upgrade. By leveraging their respective strengths, both parties are confident to advance toward SCICOOLING’s ambitious goal of “Ultimate in environmental test equipment service.” In addition, SCICOOLING has also injected a strong technical team into its business scope of retrofitting, repairing, and servicing equipment from other brands.
At the cooperation agreement signing and exchange meeting on May 23, SCICOOLING’s General Manager Liu Jiayong and Deputy Director Ren Zhanyong of Aviation 301 Institute attended with their teams. As two companies with deep technical expertise, they also engaged in in-depth technical exchanges. Attendees from Aviation 301 Institute showed strong interest in SCICOOLING’s technical capabilities, which can achieve ultra-low temperatures of -190°C with just a compressor cooler, while also offering advantages such as greater energy efficiency, smaller size, lower noise, and lower maintenance costs. It is believed that through this cooperation bridge, both parties will pursue broader and deeper cooperation in the future.
