Recently, SCICOOLING participated in a special policy presentation on strengthening the construction of Beijing’s National Science and Technology Innovation Center, hosted by the Beijing Science and Technology Commission Beijing Science and Technology Policy and Regulations Lecture Group and jointly organized by the Beijing Science and Technology Collaboration Center and the Zhongguancun Emerging Science and Technology Service Industry Alliance.
Wu Jiaxi, Director of the Innovation Development Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology, gave a detailed explanation of the national science and technology innovation strategy from the perspectives of the overall situation, global status, and the times. Relevant officials from the Development Planning Division of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission introduced the “Beijing Plan for Strengthening the Construction of National Science and Technology Innovation Centers during the 13th Five-Year Plan Period,” while officials from the Policy, Regulation, and System Reform Division of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission provided a detailed interpretation of the “Implementation Plan for Key Tasks in Beijing’s Strengthening the National Science and Technology Innovation Center (Year)” and introduced the progress of Beijing’s efforts to strengthen the national science and technology innovation center.
