On July 5, 2016, Shi Qingfeng, General Manager of Sichuan Honghua Industrial Co., Ltd. of China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC), along with leaders and experts from the Seventh Nuclear Institute’s Wu, Che, and Tian departments, visited SCICOOLING’s Huairou headquarters for inspection and exchanged technical views on improvement plans for cryogenic chambers, setting the solution roadmap for further cooperation. SCICOOLING attached great importance to this visit and guidance, and General Manager Liu Jiayong led the company’s main leaders in a warm reception.
First, Director of Marketing Deng Zhaobin introduced the company’s and core refrigeration technology development to Mr. Shi, and reviewed the cooperation history with CNNC Industries. The two parties deeply discussed the technical points of single-stage compressed cryogenic technology applied in CNNC Industrial and reached a preliminary intention to cooperate on batch products, writing a new chapter in the deep, friendly cooperation between CNNC Industrial and SCICOOLING.
Afterwards, accompanied by General Manager Liu Jiayong and other company leaders, Mr. Shi and his delegation visited the company’s marketing department, production workshop, and R&D department, learning about the main process flow of SCICOOLING product manufacturing and inspecting batch cryogenic chamber products for -120°C and -170°C that were about to be commissioned. Experts and leaders from China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) highly praised SCICOOLING’s standardized production processes and processing techniques, and offered valuable improvement suggestions based on issues identified in practical applications.
Since 2008, SCICOOLING has been commissioned by China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) to develop the first generation of ultra-low temperature condensation test chambers. To date, we have cumulatively supplied more than 100 ultra-low temperature condensation test chambers for different temperature zones to China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC). It has gradually replaced liquid nitrogen cryogenic equipment, greatly advancing the automation process of CNNC industrial production processes and making outstanding contributions to the development of China’s nuclear industry.
