To inspire employees’ enthusiasm for learning knowledge and skills on the job, cultivating and selecting a group of outstanding technical workers, and comprehensively improving their professional skills, the SCICOOLING Product Center organized the first technical competition. At the beginning of the technical competition, a leadership group was established, led by the Deputy General Manager of the Product Center, with the production and manufacturing department leaders and technical professionals as members. After careful planning and active coordination by the leadership group, the mobilization meeting for the technical competition officially kicked off.
This competition was divided into three groups: refrigeration welding, electronic control panel assembly, and complete machine assembly. After individual registration and team recommendation through comprehensive evaluation and selection, six contestants from each specialty were ultimately selected to participate in the technical competition.
At the judges’ command, each process participant began to showcase their skills with confidence. They responded calmly, operated properly, and were technically proficient. Within the allotted time, they completed procedures such as refrigeration unit welding, distribution panel fabrication, and complete machine assembly.

The referees were diligent and responsible, scoring based on aspects such as work quality, work efficiency, and work process.
Activity summary
After the competition, the Product Center summarized any issues encountered by the contestants during the competition and recognized and rewarded the top six contestants. This technical competition fully reflected the spirit and demeanor of the product center’s technical workers: “competing” on solid skills and the passion to challenge themselves, “learning” from competitors’ strengths and improving one’s own weaknesses, “catching up” on perfecting oneself and striving for first-class work quality, and “surpassing” about surpassing oneself and striving for the highest level in the industry!
