Metrology, accompanying the entire lifecycle of environmental test equipment, plays a crucial guiding role in the production and testing of equipment. SCICOOLING maintains a unified understanding of this and has given it very high attention. Against this backdrop, building on our previous internal learning model, the Quality Office invited experts from professional metrology institutes to organize all business backbones to conduct a broad, in-depth, and targeted metrology professional training session.
This training was conducted in a hybrid format combining online and offline activities based on actual conditions. More than 50 key business staff from the company participated, including sales personnel, designers, commissioning personnel, and quality and process management personnel. The training covered everything from interpreting metrology standards, to the popularization of measurement methods and tools, to the provisions in technical agreements, and finally to design challenges. Each business direction was guided and focused on, especially during on-site Q&A sessions. Staff from each stage asked questions and communicated based on issues encountered during the process, allowing for deeper and more accurate absorption of training knowledge while also solving practical problems.
Everyone expressed that this training was highly rewarding from every angle. Whether it was the growth of professional knowledge, the resolution of practical problems, or even the current development status and future directions of the environmental testing industry, effective communication and exchanges were made. This will also continue to be a key focus of our regular training.
