Recently, the project “Small Multi-Temperature Zone Low-Temperature Environmental Testing Device” designed and manufactured by SCICOOLING successfully passed the expert group’s preliminary acceptance review. This is another technological innovation by SCICOOLING in the field of high-reliability equipment environmental testing, featuring strong practicality and excellent demonstration value.
The review expert panel is composed of technical experts from client units, universities, and CAS units. The acceptance review experts conducted a comprehensive review and evaluation of the equipment at the project site, unanimously agreeing that the project met the expected goals, met Party A’s overall requirements, and met the conditions for pre-acceptance.
This device is a walk-in ultra-low-temperature test chamber, with a flexibly adjustable test volume within the range of 4m3~36m3, capable of accommodating specimens of various specifications for high and low temperature testing. Wide temperature range (100~-165°C), meeting all test requirements for customers. The device not only performs environmental testing but can also perform insulation and heat transfer performance tests. The device is highly scalable, supporting mixed remediation refrigeration and liquid nitrogen refrigeration, and can later be expanded to other refrigeration methods. The device has a high safety factor and is equipped with multiple safety measures to ensure test personnel enter and exit the test chamber.
