In early August, SCICOOLING officially placed an order for 15 cryogenic containers with CNNC Group. It took only two months for these products to be shipped. Facing the current situation of short cycles and tight tasks, the company’s operations center promptly organized a key project launch mobilization meeting for the product center’s technical process, manufacturing, and after-sales service departments. The general manager mobilized everyone at the meeting, urging everyone to adhere to the work principle of “respecting internal commitments and keeping promises externally,” with each link based on job requirements and closely cooperating in all tasks.

As the main department responsible for order implementation, the Product Center has also proposed a project demand-oriented approach, process control as the main approach, problem as the lead, design output review, scheduling meeting resolutions, and problem screening as measures to achieve “dual improvement” in product quality and production efficiency. Center leaders monitor product progress in real time and coordinate related work through weekly scheduling meetings and daily meetings; The technical process department optimizes component design based on users’ usage environments and testing procedures, and promptly follows up and verifies during incoming materials and production processes; The manufacturing department verifies the ease of operation of each component based on user habits and promptly optimizes and adjusts the processing technology; Based on past delivery experience, the after-sales service department conducts in-house acceptance inspections in advance and supervises closure of any issues found.
