
On November 18, 2018, the 20th China International High-Tech Achievements Fair (hereinafter referred to as the High-Tech Fair) successfully concluded at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. At this exhibition, SCICOOLING attracted the attention of many visitors with its outstanding new refrigeration technology. After on-site evaluation by experts and the Hi-Tech Fair Organizing Committee, the SCICOOLING-temperature test chamber was awarded the “Excellent Product Award.”

The recently concluded High-Tech Fair was themed “Adhering to the New Development Philosophy, Promoting High-Quality Development.” The exhibition lasted five days and featured exhibitions, forums, professional technical conferences, supporting activities, and talent and intellectual exchange sessions. According to statistics, the total venue area of this year’s High-Tech Fair reached 140,000 square meters, with more than 3,356 exhibitors from 41 countries and regions bringing 11,322 projects. A total of 563,000 visitors from 103 countries and regions visited the main and sub-venues, with a professional visitor popularity index of 246, meaning each booth received an average of 246 professional visitors per day. At such a technological event, receiving such honors is not only a recognition of our efforts but also recognition of our products.

The temperature test chamber is suitable for testing various performance indicators of components and materials in products related to electronics, electrical engineering, automotive, aerospace, shipbuilding, weaponry, universities, and research institutions, under changes in high and low temperature shocks, including temperature shock tests, reliability tests, temperature stress tests, performance tests, and product screening tests.

SCICOOLING’s temperature test chamber adopts a single-compressor mechanical refrigeration method developed by the Institute of Physics and Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, with full intellectual property rights. It overcomes the drawbacks of traditional refrigeration technology in temperature zones below -40°C, such as complex systems, reduced efficiency, and poor reliability. By using only a single compressor and changing the working fluid ratio, it can achieve efficient cooling down to -190°C. Compared with conventional refrigeration technologies, single-stage mixed working fluid refrigeration systems offer significant advantages in terms of initial equipment investment, system complexity, system maintenance, system noise, environmental dependency, and energy saving and consumption reduction.
