Recently, several experts from subsidiaries of AVIC Aircraft Co., Ltd. conducted on-site acceptance of the 12-cubic-meter high-precision high-temperature test chamber product manufactured by SCICOOLING Chongqing Company. After on-site startup inspection, all equipment indicators met development requirements, with some indicators exceeding technical requirements. It successfully passed acceptance and is about to be delivered for use.
The 12-cubic-meter high-temperature test chamber is a device designed by this user to meet the high precision and high uniformity requirements for a specific type of test. This type of equipment differs from traditional high-temperature ovens and chambers, requiring high-precision temperature control across the entire temperature, high uniformity indicators within the controlled area, and strict limitation of deviations during the heating process within the controlled area. There are no mature products in China yet. After extensive comparison, the user valued SCICOOLING’s senior industry experts in principles, technology, and product experience, and ultimately chose SCICOOLING Chongqing to undertake this project.
Actual on-site tests showed that during the heating process, the temperature deviation in the controlled area was ≤±3.0°C, far exceeding the core indicator of ±5.0°C required by the technical agreement. Users gave high praise to the equipment developed by SCICOOLING Chongqing, believing it met the technical agreement requirements and passed acceptance successfully. The successful acceptance of this project has laid a solid foundation for further cooperation between both parties.
SCICOOLING will deeply explore the technical experience gained during the R&D process of this project, meticulously crafting products to launch a series of high-precision high-temperature test chambers ranging from 50-liter desktop models to high-precision high-temperature test chambers of several dozen cubic meters.
