Favored by MEMS chip companies
In January, Chengdu was still chilly after the warmth arrived, but the laboratory of a chip technology company in the High-tech Zone was bustling. More than ten temperature test chambers with rotary tables produced by SCICOOLING were delivered on schedule after intensive installation and debugging, supporting MEMS (Micro Motor System) sensor production line testing. This is also the company’s fourth purchase of SCICOOLING’s test chamber.

Rotary table temperature chamber for MEMS sensor testing
By 2025, the chip industry is expected to experience explosive growth. The company’s high-performance MEMS sensors and sensor interface circuit ASICs are selling well, widely used in low-altitude economy, high-precision navigation and control for drones and robots, autonomous driving for new energy vehicles, consumer electronics, and seismic exploration.
The newly purchased rotary table temperature box is mainly used to test accelerometers, gyroscopes, pressure sensors, etc. The inner chamber has a maximum volume of 500L, a temperature range of -75°C~+150°C, and a heating rate of ≥2.0°C/min (high-precision linear, with a load of 35KG); Structurally, it is divided into vertical and horizontal types. The bottom of the equipment is equipped with movable brackets and is made into separate units, placing the unit outdoors to reduce indoor noise to 60 decibels. Notably, the temperature test chamber equipped with this batch of turntables uses SCICOOLING’s innovative refrigeration technology. Only one compressor is needed for mechanical refrigeration to achieve a minimum test temperature of -75°C. Compared to traditional stacked compressor mechanical refrigeration, it saves one compressor and over 50% of electricity in the low-temperature section. The chiller unit occupies only 700*700mm, reducing footprint, making equipment more stable, and producing lower noise.

SCICOOLING rotary table incubator application case: In the domestic turntable supporting incubator sector, SCICOOLING currently holds a high market share and is one of the few domestic manufacturers capable of fully independently developing three-axis rotary incubators. Since developing the first rotary rotary chamber in 2006, SCICOOLING has delivered over 510 test chamber units for mid-to-high-end rotary tables, including nearly 300 dual-axis rotary rotary chamber projects and nearly 70 three-axis rotary rotary chambers; Covers over 90% of domestic inertial navigation-related units, including but not limited to research institutes under China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, Aviation Industry Corporation, and other enterprises; It also closely cooperates with 20+ mainstream domestic turntable manufacturers, including Beijing Aerospace Metrology, Beijing Aviation Precision, Beijing Junda Tengfei, Beijing Aerospace 13th Institute, Shanghai Aerospace 803 Institute, Jiujiang 6354 Institute, Wuhan Huazhiyang, Wuhan Huazhong Measurement & Control, Jiujiang Guancheng, Jiangxi Lingyusi, Jiujiang Ruyang, Harbin Institute of Technology Aviation Expo, and others. The reliability and technological advancement of its products have been recognized by the market.
