Recently, the China Quality Certification Center conducted a supervision audit of SCICOOLING (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd.’s quality management system. Scope of certification: R&D, production, and after-sales service of environmental test equipment (temperature, humidity) and ultra-low temperature refrigeration equipment.
The audit team conducted multiple methods including listening to reports, comprehensive document review, site inspections, collective questioning, and individual spot checks, fully grasping the actual situation of each inspected item, never overlooking any small detail, thereby producing objective, truthful, and accurate evaluations. After review, the audit team believes that SCICOOLING (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd.’s quality management system is appropriate, sufficient, and effective, and meets the requirements of the GB/T 9001-2016/ISO 9001:2015 standard. Able to meet applicable laws, regulations, and customer requirements, and possess the capability to achieve expected results.
No nonconformities were found in this audit. Three recommended optimization items. Over the past eight years, our system has gone from thin to thick, and will continue to grow from thick to thin again. Continuously optimize processes to improve efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
After the audit, Manager Wang expressed his gratitude to the certification center’s audit experts: Although we successfully passed the annual audit, there are still many areas for improvement in quality management. We must deeply reflect on the issues found during the audit and draw lessons from one instance. We must work diligently, identify gaps, and strive to improve. The operation of the quality system cannot remain just a formality; we must earnestly carry out our management work as required, in order to raise employees’ quality awareness, enhance product competitiveness, and improve the company’s management level.
