Sincere cooperation, aiming for win-win outcomes

As SCICOOLING’s flagship and advantageous product, turntable test chambers have consistently held a significant market share in this field. On December 4, 2018, to further improve product quality and establish effective communication channels with turntable manufacturers, relevant leaders and experts from the Beijing Institute of Precision Machinery (Institute 303) of AVIC Industry were specially invited to the company for exchanges. Personnel from both sides gathered for in-depth technical exchanges on turntable test chambers.

  1. Problem-oriented, efficient communication

To further improve the test chamber’s performance indicators, SCICOOLING recently optimized and improved the turntable test chamber air duct structure, and both parties discussed new structural design schemes. After discussion, both parties agreed on the new air duct structure and will actively promote its application at the product level.

At the same time, both parties summarized the 2018 cooperation projects, discussed each issue during the delivery and installation process, and formed some effective improvement suggestions, laying a solid foundation for quality enhancement in subsequent projects.

  1. Guided by design solidification to improve quality

At the meeting, the leaders of Institute 303 briefly introduced the design concepts and key points of single-axis, dual-axis, and three-axis rotary tables. Both parties aligned in their management approaches regarding design document finalization management. Both parties planned a series of turntables and supporting test chamber products, making cooperation more efficient and product design more reliable.

After the event, attendees from Institute 303 visited the production workshop to learn about the processing techniques of SCICOOLING products.

Through this exchange and discussion, the direction for accelerating the finalization and solidification of the rotary table supporting test chamber has been clarified, and it has also laid the foundation for advancing the quality of the rotary table test chamber products to a new level. Providing users with the highest quality turntable and supporting test chamber is our shared goal, and we will continue to strive toward this!
