SCICOOLING Supports China’s “Private Rocket”

On August 14, SCICOOLING successfully delivered a rapid thermodynamic temperature test chamber, completing its first cooperation with Chongqing Lingyi Space Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Lingyi Space). Speaking of Zero One Space, it has a significant background. On May 17, Zero One Space successfully launched its independently developed commercial rocket at a base in the west, opening a new chapter in China’s commercial space sector. As the developer of this rocket—Chongqing Zero One Space Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd.—it was also the first private company to enter the launch vehicle development field after the domestic aerospace sector opened to private enterprises.

To simulate the unique environmental differences of rocket launches, the rapid thermosetting temperature test chamber designed and manufactured by SCICOOLING meets many customer requirements, especially achieving an average cooling rate of over 10°C/min.

In fact, it’s not just the aerospace sector—as a rising star in environmental testing, SCICOOLING has never been absent from important fields in many countries, including military, nuclear facilities, aviation, and scientific research.

At the same time, in product development in the field of environmental testing, SCICOOLING possesses industry-leading core advantages. It is understood that SCICOOLING’s new single-compressor refrigeration technology overcomes the traditional refrigeration methods’ drawbacks of complex systems, reduced efficiency, and poor reliability in temperatures below -40°C. By using only a single compressor and changing the working fluid ratio, it can achieve efficient cooling down to -196°C. Compared with traditional stacked refrigeration technology, single-compressor refrigeration technology offers significant advantages in system complexity, maintenance, noise, environmental dependency, and energy savings and consumption reduction.
