The thermal shock test chamber is suitable for testing various performance indicators of components and materials from products related to electronics, electrical engineering, automotive, aerospace, shipbuilding, weaponry, universities, and research institutions, under changes in high and low temperature shocks, including temperature shock testing, reliability testing, temperature stress testing, performance testing, and product screening tests.

SCICOOLING’s thermal shock test chamber adopts a single-compressor mechanical refrigeration method developed and fully owned by the Institute of Physical and Chemical Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. It overcomes the traditional shortcomings of refrigeration technology in temperature zones below -40°C, such as complex systems, reduced efficiency, and poor reliability. By using only a single compressor and changing the working fluid ratio, it can achieve efficient cooling down to -190°C. Compared with conventional refrigeration technologies, single-stage mixed working fluid refrigeration systems offer significant advantages in terms of initial equipment investment, system complexity, system maintenance, system noise, environmental dependency, and energy saving and consumption reduction.
